Three breathtaking locations for a memorable ceremony
Whether it’s for a religious, civil, or personalized ceremony, we reserve the location for a duration of 1h30 hours. You can choose from several time slots throughout the day: 1:00 PM (for couples desiring a ceremony only), 2:30 PM, 4:00 PM, and 5:30 PM. You will need to provide your own officiant.
In case of rain, your coordinator will offer options, such as relocating the ceremony to another available location or moving it to your reception hall. For an official Plan B in one of the ceremony locations, additional rental fees will apply.
A basic decoration package is included in our prices: white drape, furniture such as chairs and a signing table, greenery and flowers depending on the location chosen, as well as a sound system and microphone.
**If your reception is not being held at Chalet des Érables, a $250 fee applies for taking photos on-site.
**For a rehearsal, please plan for an additional fee of $250.
