Above all, to make organizing your reception as easy as possible, all our packages & rooms include personalized planning and organization. Our team accompanies you with 5 to 10 preparatory meetings, depending on your needs, to fine-tune every detail:
- First and foremost, creation of a personalized seating plan, selection of décor and table arrangements
- Then, private tasting ($), choice of gourmet menu and bar options
- In addition, management of schedules and coordination of service providers
- Finally, access to our photo areas and outdoor bar service
- Finally, to orchestrate everything, you’ll be accompanied by one of our wedding planners on the day of your event.
What’s more, each of our different function rooms has a covered terrace, a lobby, full bar service with staff, air conditioning and private toilets. And when it comes to furnishings, we’ve got it all! Transparent Chiavari chairs, round or rectangular tables, silver-plated cutlery, glassware, white china, cotton or taffeta tablecloths and cotton napkins in the color of your choice.
How it works: First of all, our receptions operate with a minimum spending requirement. This amount depends on the chosen venue and is indicated below under “starting from”. We add up the costs of the chosen venue, the organization fee for the chosen room and the catering bill for the group to determine whether the minimum amount required has been reached.
